Designing

Screen Printing is a process of applying ink through a mesh screen on to a t-shirt. We use this method when there are up to 7 colors in the design. We have three 10-palette rotating automatic machines that can produce thousands of customized long sleeve t-shirts per day. Therefore, we can do all jobs, small or big.
Vancouver Embroidery Services
It is the process of using needle and thread to produce the design on the long sleeve t-shirt. We can change the colors in the design any number of time. Firstly, we create a digitized file of the design. Secondly, we upload it in the automatic embroidery machine which produces the design. Embroidery can last longer than the long sleeve t-shirt itself.
Heat Transfer
It is a process of printing the design on a vinyl sheet, then transferring it to the long sleeve t-shirt using a heat press. We can use this method for other products as well. This is useful for doing multicolor designs.
