Artwork Designing
Provide us your logo/design via email or in a USB. If you have the design in mind and need help put it together, we can help. Our well experienced graphic artist can help put your ideas and make the logo as you like. We make the vector artwork for you.
Decoration Method
Once you finalize and approve the artwork, you select the decoration method. Our specialty is screen printing and embroidery.
Screen Printing is a traditional and well-known type of personalization process. This method uses a mesh screen and photosensitive inks, which once exposed to UV light and washed away leaves the negative of your design. When we apply pressure using squeegee, the screens allow ink to pass through onto the sweatshirt. Screen Printing is a unique process that requires each color to be added individually, layer upon layer until you are left with the completed design on your hoodies!
Embroidery is a process in which your designs are created through the use of stitches, resulting in a premium feeling and long-lasting personalized hoodie. Our embroidered hoodies are made possible thanks to our brilliant team of designers who, once the artwork is submitted, get busy digitizing your design by recreating it stitch by stitch. Once digitized, your design makes its way to our production team who get to work setting up our embroidery machines, which can produce 8 identical garments at the same time, meaning this process isn’t as time-consuming as it sounds
Apart from screen printing and embroidery, we also offer heat transfer, DTG and labelling services for sweatshirts.
