How we customize apparel

Firstly, we gather customers’ requirements such as number of units, position of the logo, number of colors in logo etc. Then, we suggest the method based on their needs.

Screen Printing: When the logo has up to 7 colors, we use this method to print on the apparel. Firstly, the screens are setup according to number to colors in the logo. Secondly, each color is printed on the apparel one by one. It is then passed through an industrial sized dryer to make the print last long.

Digital Printing: When the logo is complex or has more number of colors, we use this method. In this method, we can match the colors as in the image exactly.

Embroidery: In this method, we use thread to form the logo on the apparel. We use this method when we want an everlasting logo on the apparel or accessories.

Heat Transfer: We use this method to produce more complex logo that has many number of colors and difficult to screen-print. Here, we create a vinyl print of the logo. Then we heat press it on the apparel.
