Our Screen Printing Process
Screen printing is a process of printing a design on a flat surface using ink, a mesh screen, and a squeegee. We follow these steps:

- Making the Screen – Firstly, our graphic artist makes the film of the finalized design. Secondly, we burn the film on the screen by exposing it to the bright ultraviolet light.
- Setup: We set the screen on the machine according to the position of the logo on the fabric. Each color in the design requires one screen. Hence, the more the number of colors in the design, the more the number of screens.
- Printing: We push the ink through the screen using a squeegee. For a multi-color design, we first print one color. We let it dry under heat for a few minutes. Then, we print the second color.
- Drying – Once printing is done, we pass the fabric through an industrial-sized dryer to cure the ink. This process makes the printed design last long even after many washes.
