Requirements for Custom Embroidery
To make your apparel custom with embroidery we required logo and DST file. A Digitize file is a file which inform computer software to handle the needle of sewing machine. If you have DST file you can provide us or if you don’t have we also make for you with one time cost. You can use same file for lifetime.
- Best choice for small orders of business shirts, work polos, jackets and headwear.
- Logo and text need to be digitized to convert them into embroidery format files that our software can process.
- We need a high quality file of your logo/artwork (JPG, BMP, PDF) to digitize it properly.
- Set up cost may be more expensive for small orders, and is not ideal for large designs.
- Embroidery is not suitable for designs with fine details and many colors.
