Screen Printing
We gather user requirements such as number of units, position of the logo, number of colors in logo etc. Depending on these requirements, we give a quote to the customer. Once the customer approves on the quote, we ask for the high resolution file of logo. If the customer does not have it, we can make one for them. With this logo, we create a mock-up of the logo on the garment and send it to the customer. After getting approval on mock-up, we proceed with the production.
This method of decoration is used when there are up to 7 colors in the logo. We offer screen printing on various types of garments such as t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, polos, etc.
Embroidery
This method of decoration is used when the customer wants an everlasting logo on their apparel. We can do embroidery on hats, toques, sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets, etc. For embroidery, we will need to digitize the logo to map the digital embroidery pattern on the apparel. First, we send out a sew-out sample to the customer. Once the customer approves it, we proceed with the production.
